An Extraordinary General Meeting of the 177th Session of the Literific is scheduled to take place on the 9th of April 2026, beginning at either 17:00 or 18:00 (business dependent) and taking place in the McMordie Hall within the Music Building. At this meeting the Vice-President and Events Officer of the 178th session of the Literific will be elected.
The order of business shall be as follows:
Constitutional Amendments.
There are currently no constitutional amendments to be voted upon.
Please submit any amendments by Thursday 26th April in order for them to be reviewed by Council in time to be presented to the House at the EGM.

Council Elections
There are two elected Society Council positions for which elections will take place at the EGM.
Currently no individuals have submitted or received valid nominations.
To submit a nomination, manifesto, or second please do so in writing to president@literific.org by 17:00, Thursday 2nd April.
All positions will have Re-Open Nominations listed as an option on the ballot.
All current members of the Society are strongly encouraged to attend the EGM. Please note, the EGM is formally designated as a Private Meeting of the Society, meaning only fully paid up members are permitted to attend. At his discretion the President may permit attendance of non-members, but will not permit their participation.
