Definitions of role responsibilities and the rules that govern a Literific AGM can be found in our Constitution.
Only members of the Society who are students of QUB and have paid their membership fee (known subsequently as “full members”) will be eligible to vote.
Candidates must be proposed and seconded in writing by full members of the Society.
Candidates will have the opportunity to submit a 250-word manifesto which will be posted on internal Society socials, and to give a two to three minute speech at the AGM followed by questions from attendees.
Candidates may be nominated to stand for up to two positions at the AGM, and should they fail to be elected for their primary position they may contest their secondary position. The running order shall be as laid out above.
The exact time and location shall be confirmed in due course. Please direct any questions to President Daniel Devenney.
We hope to see you at the AGM!
